Linda Wright
Vice President
Linda has over 25 years of experience in international shipping and transportation. She has worked directly with many major shipping lines, marine terminals, freight forwarders and brokers, and both rail and truck transportation. Linda has worked in all areas of import and export documentation as well as logistics and operations.
In 2000, Linda became the Training Manager for an international shipping agency, Inchcape Shipping Services, where she was responsible for training and developing 500 clerical staff. During this time she developed the Shipping 101™ curriculum.
The Shipping 101™course is offered to participants wanting to come into the transportation industry or those who may already be in the industry but want a better overall understanding of how it operates. She is currently developing more advanced courses as well as night and weekend classes. Linda also develops and delivers customized training courses for a major ocean carriers.
In addition, Linda also provides training and assistance for our software products that enables users to transmit their ocean cargo details to U.S. and Canadian Customs based on the 24-hour rule requirements.
Linda’s goal is to provide our customers with the maximum benefits of training and support services so to enable them to better service their own customers needs.
